Ingredients
- 1 kg Snails, properly cleaned
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil for the sauce
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- 1 Onion bulb, diced
- 50g Fresh Pepper, chopped
- 200g Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Thyme

Directions
- Season the snail with some pepper, half of an onion, a seasoning cube, curry, thyme and salt to taste. Let it marinade for an hour.
- Add a cup of water and cook for about 5minutes with medium heat
- Put the vegetable oil on heat and fry the snail stirring consistently for about 5minutes
- Drain it out and put a non stick pan on medium heat
- Pour in the 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and add the fresh tomatoes and the remaining onions
- Stir for about 5 minutes and the add the snails along with the stock, the remaining seasoning stock and salt to taste
- Ensure it is moist and still crunchy before you serve
