  • 2 fingers of ripe Plantain (Fried)
  • 500g Gizzard, chopped, seasoned and cooked
  • 200g Carrots
  • 100g Green Pepper
  • 200g Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Onion bulb, cut into rings
  • 3 Chili Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Seasoning cube
  • 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp of Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp of Curry
  • 1/2 tsp of Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
  • A dash of salt to taste
  • 2 leaves of Lettuce, for garnishing
