- 100g Banana, sliced
- 50g Apple, chopped
- 50g Strawberry
- 1 tsp Lemon juice (optional)
- 40 g Carrots, chopped (optional)
- 240 ml Fresh milk or water
- 100g ice, cubed
- 50g Grapes (optional)

Directions
- Wash the fruits in clean water
- Put into the food processor and add the fresh milk or water
- Add the ice and blend until it is smooth
- Pour out and serve
