Ingredients
- 3 raw eggs
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp chilli pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp onions, chopped
- 1 tsp yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp of butter or oil
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Break the eggs into a plate
- Add the salt to the egg and beat till it is light
- Pour the oil into the pan and place over low heat
- Fry the vegetables for about 2minutes, scoop out and set aside
- Pour the egg into the pan and let it fry till it starts becoming firm
- Sprinkle the vegetables over the egg and allow it cook for about 2minutes
- Fry till you achieve your desired colour
- Fold the egg like you are making a sandwich out of the vegetable sandwich
- Serve as desired
