Ingredients
- 10 Lady fingers (okro), sliced into rings
 - 2 Mackerel fish
 - 5 Red chilli pepper, largely chopped
 - 1 Onion bulb
 - 1 Seasoning cube
 - Salt to taste

          Directions
- Wash and season the mackerel with onion, 2 chili pepper, 1/2 seasoning cube and salt
 - Cook the fish in for about 15minutes
 - Add the sliced okro, chilli pepper and remaining seasoning cube to the cooked fish
 - Cook for for another 5minutes
 - Add salt to taste
 - Serve hot and fresh
