Ingredients
- 500g Flour
- 500g Butter
- 400g Sugar
- 2 cups Dessicated coconut
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 10 Eggs
- 1/2 Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavour
- 1 tsp Coconut flavour

Directions
- Grease an 8 inch pan
- Cream the butter and sugar till it is light and fluffy
- Sieve flour and baking powder
- Add the dessicated coconut and eggs
- Grate in the nutmeg
- Add the flavour
- Scoop into the prepared tin and bake in a pre-heated oven
- Bake at 160 degrees celsius
