Ingredients
- 3 cups of Fresh Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- A pinch of Salt - Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavour (optional)
- Dried Fruits or Raisins (optional)
- Little Oil for frying

Directions
- Whisk egg till light and fluffy
- Mix the milk, the sugar and salt
- Add the whisked egg
- Add flour, nutmeg and baking powder
- Add the vanilla and gently whisk
- Add the fruits if necessary
- Wet the base of the frying pan with oil using a brush or drop oil with a teaspoon
- Scoop a spoon at a time and fry in a non-stick pan
- Flip to the other side when one side is golden brown
- Serve as desired
Note that you can add blended banana in the mixture if desired
