Ingredients
- 1.5 cups warm Water
- 4tbsp Yeast
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil (optional)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 cups Flour
- 8 inch Pan

Directions
- Stir warm water, yeast and sugar (or follow yeast manufacturer's instructions)
- Let it stand till its frothy, 20mins
- Add the oil, salt to 2 cups of flour
- Mix well, then add the remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time
- Knead on a floured surface for 8 minutes
- Keep in a bowl and cover for 20mins to autolyse
- Knead again for about 7 mins
- Cover again for 1.5hours
- Deflate and knead again
- Prepare pan, cut dough into pan
- Leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour
- Place in a moderately heated oven GENTLY as bread dough is very delicate
- Bake at 280degrees for 1.5hours
