Ingredients
- 4 Raw Eggs
- 10 Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 4 Chilli Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Onion bulb, chopped
- 1/2 Seasoning cube
- 1/8 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Curry
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

Directions
- Break the eggs into a plate
- Place a pan on heat and pour in the vegetable oil
- When the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and stir
- Add the chopped tomatoes and pepper and fry for about 4mins
- Pour in the egg and allow it set for about 30secs
- Sprinkle the seasoning cube, curry and thyme and stir the egg mixture
- Add salt to taste and serve as desired
