Ingredients
- 400ml Palm Fruit juice
- 2 handful of waterleaf, optional
- 3 Seasoning cubes
- 1 cup Crayfish, ground
- 6 Chili Peppers
- 500g Dried fish, properly cleaned
- 300g Stockfish, washed and softened
- 2 handful Odusa / Uziza leaf
- 800g preferred meat - Chicken, Beef or Goatmeat
- 2 cups Periwinkle

Directions
- Season the meat with pepper, 2 seasoning cube, onions and salt then cook for about 30 minutes
- Add the palm juice and cook till it starts to get thick
- Add the stockfish and dry fish and cook for another 15 minutes
- Add the crayfish, waterleaf and odusa/ uziza leaf and cook for another 10 minutes
- Ensure the consistency is think, add the last seasoning cube and salt to taste
- Put aside from the heat and serve with desired swallow
