Ingredients
- 1 Small sized Cabbage, sliced
- 1 cup Sliced Cooked Meat, optional
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Small sized Onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp, sliced Ginger
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, optional
- A dash of Seasoning cube
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Wash the sliced cabbage in warm water and salt
- Drain the water and set aside
- Place a pan on low heat
- Add the oil, the onions and cooked meat
- Stir until it is light brown
- Add the sliced cabbage and stir some more
- Next, you add the ginger, garlic and turmeric powder. Keep stirring
- Then, add the black pepper, the seasoning cube and the sliced bell peppers
- Finally, sprinkle salt, taste and put off the heat
- Serve
