Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- 1 large Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- Seasoning cube
- Curry
- Thyme
- Bell Peppers - Green, Yellow and Red
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil or extra virgin oil

Directions
- Season the pork chops with salt, seasoning cubes, curry, thyme, pepper and half onions
- Cut the bell peppers and the remaining onion into slices
- Grill the pork until it is cooked (about 20 - 30mins)
- Put the oil over medium heat and add the oil
- Add the onions and the the bell peppers
- Add salt to taste
- Stir for about a minute and set aside
- Put the pork chops on a plate and pour the vegetables over the meat
- Serve
