Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- A pinch of Salt
- 120g Sugar
- 125g Butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 15ml-30ml of cold water

Directions
- Sift flour and salt
- Stir in Sugar
- Work butter into it
- Beat egg and stir it in
- Add cold water to draw the mixture
- Wrap in foil and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour
- Roll out on a floured surface and cut out into different shapes and bake
