Ingredients
- 5 cups of assorted meat
- 8 yellow chilli
- 4 large green pepper
- 8 red chilli pepper
- 2 large paprika (tatase)
- 2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 red onions
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups palm oil
- 2 tbsp locust bean
- 5 fresh tomatoes (optional)

Directions
- Wash the assorted meat properly, season and cook till it’s tender and has very little water in the pot
- Wash the peppers, 1 onion and locust bean seeds
- Blend the peppers, onion and locust bean seeds
- Blend the tomatoes, cook to dry and set aside
- Cook the blended peppers until it’s dry
- Put the palm oil in a pot and place on heat until it’s clear
- This should take about 7mins
- Put off the heat and allow to cool.
- Place the pot of oil back on heat and add garlic and the remaining onions
- Add the assorted meat and stir fry for about 5mins
- Add the blended pepper mixture and fry for another 5mins
- If you like tomatoes, this is when you add it.
- Stir further and add seasoning cube.
- Add salt to taste
- Serve with your favorite type of rice
