  • Handful of Kale (optional)
  • Handful of Spinach (optional)
  • 1/4tsp of seasoning (Knorr or Maggi)
  • A dash of Black pepper, Curry and Thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp of Coconut or Olive oil
