Ingredients
- 1 cup of Rice
- 1 cup of Beans
- Salt to taste
- 1 Seasoning cube
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Stew
- Onion rings to garnish

Directions
- Wash the beans properly and put on the heat
- Boil the beans until soft - usually about 45 minutes
- Add the seasoning cube to the beans when it is soft
- Cook the beans for another 5 minutes and add salt to taste
- Add the vegetable oil, stir and switch off the heat
- Simultaneously, parboil the rice for about 10 minutesWash properly, add salt and cook some more till it is soft
- Switch off the heat
- Serve with Stew and garnish with Onion rings
