Ingredients
- 200g Pineapple, sliced and chopped
- 100g Banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
- 240 ml fresh milk or water
- 1 cup Ice cubes

Directions
- Wash the banana and the pineapple with clean water
- Put it into your smoothie maker or blender
- Add your fresh milk or water
- Add the ginger if desired
- Add your ice
- Blend until it smoothens and serve
