Ingredients
- 300g Beans
- 200g of Sweet Corn
- 1 bulb of Onions
- Chilli Pepper to taste
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- 1 cup Palm Oil
- 1/2 cup Crayfish (optional)
- Salt to Taste

Directions
- Wash the beans properly and cook with all the onions for about 45mins
- Add the chilli pepper, seasoning cubes, crayfish and palm oil and cook for another 10mins
- Drain the sweet corn from the can and sprinkle over the beans
- Allow to cook for another 5mins
- Stir properly and add salt to taste
