Ingredients
- 3 cups of Pineapple, chopped
- 2 medium-size Bananas
- 1 large-size Apple
- 1/2 cup of Fresh milk (optional)
- 2 cups of ice (optional)

Directions
- Put all ingredients into the smoothie maker
- Blend until it is smooth
- If it is still thick, add a little water at a time till you reach your desired consistency
