Ingredients
- 2 cups of Chicken, sliced
- 3 cups of Cabbage, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Onions, sliced
- 1 cup of Carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup of Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Spring Onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Chicken stock
- A dash of seasoning
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Season the chicken and place on heat until it is cooked
- Set the stock aside and slice the chicken as desired
- Slice the cabbage, carrots, green pepper, onions, spring onions, mushroom and pepper
- Place a pan on heat and add the sliced chicken
- Stir for about 30 seconds then add the onions and half of the chicken stock
- Add the remaining vegetables and stir till slightly cooked
- Add the remaining stock and steam for another 30 seconds
- Sprinkle seasoning cube and salt into it
- Give it a final stir and remove from heat
- Serve as desired
