Ingredients
- 4 large leaves of Cabbage
- 2 slices of Salami
- 4 slices of tomatoes
- 2 Eggs (for Fried egg)
- 4 slices of Cucumber
- 2 slices of Ham
- 6 leaves of Spinach
- 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper
- A pinch of salt for the eggs
- A tbsp of Extra Virgin Oil or Coconut oil

Directions
- Put the Cabbage leaves in a bowl and add boiling water to cover the leaves
- Add 1/2 tbsp of salt
- Leave for about 10 minutes
- Pour the oil into a pan
- Break in the eggs, sprinkle salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- With low heat, fry the eggs to your preferred consistency(sunny side up)
- Drain the cabbage from the water and pat-dry with kitchen paper towel
- Sprinkle the remaining black pepper all over the cabbage
- Lay one leaf of the cabbage on a plate
- Lay the Salami, tomatoes, fried egg, cucumber, ham and 3 spinach leaves
- Lay the second leaf on the filling
- Repeat the step
