Ingredients
- 500g of Sweet Potatoes, sliced
- Oil for frying
- A dash of salt

Directions
- Heat up oil for frying
- Sprinkle the salt on the sliced sweet potatoes and mix properly
- When the oil is hot enough for frying, put the sweet potatoes and allow it cook
- Stir to ensure it is evenly fried and remove from the oil
- Allow the oil to drain off and then serve with desired sauce
