Ingredients
- 8 Lettuce leaves, uncut
- 400g Mince meat
- Seasoning cube, as desired
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp sliced Ginger
- 1 small size Onion Bulb
- 1 cup sliced Mixed Bell Peppers
- Chopped Chili pepper, as desired
- Salt, as desired
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Directions
- Place a pan on heat
- Pour the cooking oil in to the pan
- Add the onions and stir a bit
- Add the minced meat and keep stirring
- Sprinkle seasoning cube over the meat and stir until redness of the meat turns to light brown
- Add the chopped garlic, the sliced ginger and chopped chili pepper
- Stir a bit, add the sliced bell peppers and finally salt to taste
- Stir for about 30 seconds, remove from heat and allow to cool a bit
- Place the lettuce leaves on a wide plate
- Scoop the mince meat stir fry into the lettuce leaves filling up 3/4 of the leaf so the filling does not fall out when it is being carried
