Ingredients
- 4 large leaves of Lettuce
- 2 slices of Salami
- 4 slices of Tomatoes
- 2 Eggs (for Fried egg)
- 4 slices of Cucumber
- 2 slices of Ham
- About 1/8tsp of Black Pepper
- A pinch of salt for the eggs
- A tbsp of Extra Virgin Oil or Coconut oil

Directions
- Pour the oil into a pan
- Break in the eggs, sprinkle salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- With low heat, fry the eggs to your preferred consistency(sunny side up)
- Pat-dry the lettuce leaves if necessary
- Lay one lettuce leaf on a plate
- Lay the Salami, tomatoes, fried egg, cucumber and ham (the filling)
- Lay the second lettuce leaf on the filling
- Repeat the step
