- 5 Sweet Potatoes
- Salt to Taste
- Sauce of your choice

Directions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and wash properly
- Put into a pot and add water till the potatoes are fully immersed
- Add 1tsp of salt and boil for 30mins
- Cut the boiled sweet potatoes into circles
- Serve with your desired sauce
