Ingredients
- OPTION A
- 2kg Fish preferably Catfish or Croaker
- 5 large Snails
- 1 cup Periwinkle
- 1 cup Prawns
- Crab (optional)
- 1 tbsp Crayfish
- 1 tbsp Palm oil
- 1 Chili Pepper
- I Onion (medium)
- Seasoning cubes/powder
- Salt to taste
- Okro, sliced (optional)
- OPTION B
- 3 cups of chopped tomatoes
- Dry Pepper
- 2kg Fish preferably Catfish or Croaker
- 1 cup Periwinkle
- 1 cup Prawns
- Crab (optional)
- 3 tbsp Palm oil
- 1 Chili Pepper
- I Onion (medium)
- Seasoning cubes/powder
- Salt to taste

Directions
OPTION A
- Ensure all ingredients are properly washed and cleaned
- Season the snails and cook for about 15 minutes and set aside
- Put the fish into a pot and season with pepper, onions, seasoning cube or powder and salt
- Let it cook for about 5 minutes
- Add the palm oil and hot water and stop when the water is the same level as the fish
- Let it cook for another 10 minutes
- Add the prawns, periwinkle, snails and crayfish
- Check to see if its thick enough for you
- Finish up with adding the sliced okro and also salt to taste
- Serve with swallow
OPTION B
- Ensure all ingredients are properly washed and cleaned
- Season and cook all the Sea animals as directed above
- Ensure the stock in the fish pot is about one cup
- Pour the palm oil into another pot and add the chopped tomatoes
- Let it fry for about10 minutes, stirring continually
- Add the slightly fried tomatoes to the fish, prawns, periwinkle etc mixture and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check to see if its thick enough for you
- Finish up with adding dry pepper or salt to taste
- Serve with swallow or rice
