Ingredients
- 12 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 250g Meat, beef, chicken, pork or fish
- 1/4 cup fresh milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- A dash of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 seasoning cube
- 1/2 Onion bulb, blended or grated
- Chili Pepper to taste
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups Mixed Vegetables

Directions
- Put the meat into the pot and place on heat
- Season with curry, thyme, onion, garlic, ginger, curry, thyme, seasoning cube, salt and chili,
- After 10mins, add the potatoes and cook for another 20mins
- Remove the pot from heat
- Take out the boiled potatoes, put into a non- stick pot and place on very low heat
- Mash properly with a masher until it has no seeds
- Add the butter and milk and sprinkle the black pepper
- Mash until it is evenly combined and set aside
- Place the pot with the broth on heat and add your mixed vegetables
- Grill the meat if necessary (optional)
- Add salt to taste and serve
