Ingredients
- 2tbsp Vegetable oil
- 250g Shrimps
- 250g Strips of Bacon
- 1 Onion bulb, sliced
- 6 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups of Mixed Vegetables
- 1.5 Seasoning cube
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Curry
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Season the shrimps with 1/2 seasoning cube
- Lightly wet the sauce pan with oil
- Place on heat and then add the shrimps
- Add the sliced onions
- Add the strips of bacon
- Stir fry and add the sliced tomatoes
- After 4mins, add the mixed vegetables and seasoning cube
- Add pepper, thyme, curry and salt to your taste
