Ingredients
- 250g Sausage Meat
- 4 Hard-boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp HP Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Seasoned Flour
- 1 cup of Dried Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- A dash of White Pepper
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Boil the eggs
- Season the sausage with the HP sauce, white pepper, salt and divide into 4 portions
- Season the flour with salt and white pepper
- Leave for about 15mins
- Dust your hands with flour and coat each egg with sausage meat (the flour prevents the meat from sticking to the hands)
- Coat each covered egg with raw egg and then breadcrumbs
- Put the oil on fire
- Fry the coated eggs in hot oil till brown and crisp allowing sufficient time for sausage meat to cook through
