Ingredients
- 4 Leaves of Lettuce
- 1 hard red Tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Cucumber, 4 slices
- 2 tbsp of Butter, for spreading
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- Bread, 4 slices

- Wash the lettuce leaves and set aside
- Slice the tomatoes and cucumber
- Toast the bread slices or...
- Turn on the sandwich maker
- Spread butter on both sides of the 4 slices of bread
- Soak all sides of the buttered bread in the beaten eggs
- Place 2 slices together and put in the sandwich maker and toast the bread
- When it is golden brown, bring it out of the sandwich maker
- Place in a plate and cut the bread to make triangular sandwiches
- Partly open up the sandwich and place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber
- Repeat the process and then serve with desired drink
