Ingredients
- 2 cups of pieces of Dried Fish
- 10 Fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Chili Pepper
- 1 medium sized Onion bulb
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 Seasoning cube
- 1/2 cup Fish stock
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Wash the pieces of dried fish with warm water to remove sand and dirt
- Season the dry fish with pepper, onions,salt and 1/2 seasoning cube
- Cook for about 10mins and drain out the fish
- Put the vegetable oil in a pot and place on heat
- Add the onions and chopped fresh tomatoes and stir
- Leave to cook for about 5mins
- Add the seasoned fish, stir and leave to cook for another 5mins
- Pour in the fish stock, add the remaining seasoning cube and stir
- Leave to cook for 10mins when it begins to thicken
- Add salt to taste
- Serve with Yam, Plantain, Noodles, Potatoes or Rice
