Ingredients
- 3 Fresh Eggs
- 1/4 cup Fresh Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- A pinch of Black Pepper
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the butter into it
- Beat the eggs and the fresh milk lightly in a bowl with the black pepper and the salt
- Pour the mixture into the non-stick pan when the butter melts and stir
- Allow it form soft cuddles then use a wooden spatula and pull the cooked sides together allowing the wet portions to heat up and get cooked
- Do not allow it to dry out, it must be moist when it is served
