Ingredients
- 8 meatballs
- 1 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp grated Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp grated Ginger
- 1 medium sized Onions, chopped
- 1 Seasoning cube
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Frying oil
- 1 Red Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Fresh Tomato, chopped, optional
- A handful of Kale, chopped, optional

Directions
- Turn on the grill
- Place the meatballs in an oven tray
- Season with the black pepper, garlic, ginger, salt, half of the seasoning cube and half of the onions
- Roll the meatballs around so the seasoning covers it properly
- Place in a heated oven or grill (medium heat) and cook for about 25 minutes
- Turn the meatballs around so it can be uniformly heated
- When it is golden brown and firm, remove from heat
- Put a pan on heat, add the oil, the remaining onions and the chopped tomatoes
- Cook with low heat for about a minute while stirring
- Turn in the kale and sliced bell peppers and stir some more
- Add the grilled meatballs into the pan and let it cook for about 30 seconds
- Add the remaining seasoning cube, stir and put off the heat
- Set aside and serve
