  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Groundnut oil
  • 1 medium size Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 Seasoning Cube
  • Salt to taste

Salad

  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 hard red Tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices of Cucumber
  • 8 Olives
  • 2 Cabbage leaves, sliced
