Ingredients
- 500 g Egusi seeds, ground
- Water
- 1 cup Onions, diced
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper soup spices, ground
- Fresh pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Crayfish, ground
- 3 Seasoning cubes
- 1 kg Fresh fish preferably Croaker
- 1 kg Goat meat
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Season the Fresh fish with some pepper, salt, seasoning cube and onions
- Let it marinade for about an hour so the fish can be very tasty
- Also season the goat meat with pepper, onion, seasoning cubes and salt and cook until it almost soft
- Put your soup pot on heat and add 5 cups of water
- Add the ground egusi into the water and mix it together
- Add the seasoning cubes, crayfish, pepper and pepper soup spice and allow to cook for about 15 minutes
- Add the cooked goat meat and the meat stock as well as the marinated fresh fish into the mixture and allow to cook for about 30 minutes stirring the liquid only with a wooden spatula to prevent it from burning
- Avoid turning the fish around while stirring so it does not scatter
- Add more water if necessary and finally salt to taste
- Serve with your desired swallow
