Ingredients
- 200g of Pumpkin leaves, chopped
- 2cups Mixed Vegetables
- 1cup fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 300g Seasoned Beef or Chicken, sliced to strips
- 1cup concentrated Meat Stock
- 1/2cup Vegetable oil
- 4 Chilli Peppers
- 1 Onion bulb, chopped
- 1 Seasoning cube
- 1cup Mushroom, sliced
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Put the oil in a pot and place on heat
- Add the onions and stir fry for about 3mins
- Add the mushroom, the seasoning cube and the chilli pepper
- Pour in the chicken and the stock
- Stir and cook for about 5mins
- Add the pumpkin leaves and cook for another 5mins
- Add the mixed vegetables and add salt to taste
