Ingredients
- Medium size cucumber, properly washed
- A thumb size ginger
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cups of water

Directions
- Cut the cucumber into pieces
- Put the cucumber into a food processor or blender
- Scrape off the skin of the ginger
- Add the ginger, lemon juice and the water
- Blend till it is smooth
- Sieve out the juice
- Chill for about 2 hours
- Serve
