Ingredients
- 2 cups of Rice
- 4 cups Pumpkin Leaves/ Spinach ,finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Palm Oil
- 1/2 cup of Crayfish, Ground
- Chilli Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- 1 Onion bulb
- 300g Dried Fish
- 500g Meat or Goatmeat
- 1/2 cup Shrimps (optional)
- 4 cups Meat Stock

Directions
- Wash all the washable ingredients properly
- Season and boil the meat till it is soft
- Fry or grill the meat (optional)
- Parboil the rice for about 8-10mins and wash out the starch
- Add 3cups of water and the rice to a pot
- Pour in the broth and put on fire
- Put the Palm oil, chilli pepper, onions, salt and crayfish
- Cook for about 10mins
- Add the dried fish
- When the water starts drying up, add the shrimps and the pumpkin leaves
- Stir and allow to cook
- Serve and garnish with the fried or grilled meat
