Ingredients
- 500g Fresh sweet carrots
- Pepper to taste
- A dash of Thyme
- A dash of Curry
- 1 Seasoning cube
- 1 Onions, grated
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic, grated
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 500g Chicken
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Wash the fresh carrots properly and lightly scrape off the peel
- Season the chicken with onions, pepper, curry, thyme, garlic, ginger and seasoning cube. Cook with the carrots until the chicken is soft
- Take out the carrots and blend to make a puree from it
- Pour the pureed carrots back into the chicken stock and cook for about 5 minutes
- Add salt to taste
- Serve as desired
